There are no tournament results for OP-18 yet, so we built a deck for each new Leader from the 113 cards revealed so far, tested each one in 1,200 simulated games against the 12 most-played decks, and ranked them. Expect this to shift as the rest of the set is revealed.
Tiers: S 60%+ · A 53–60% · B 46–53% · C 40–46% · D under 40%, win rate in simulated games against today's 12 most-played decks. 50% means as strong as the current meta on average.
